I have just installed MS autocollage 2008 on Win10 Previously this was a free program. Now is a trial version with Watermark. There appears to be no option to buy the prog and remove the watermark. Click "GET" on the web page, It should then automatically download and install. It's free so not need to go via checkout. I have an MS account so not sure if that's essential. I've just looked at this Coollage again, it's very basic and only does up to 7 images. However, there's a "Version PRO" for £4.19. See screen shot below. You will need a MS login for this.
