Activation Code

The last time that I paid for my activation code, there was a problem with some people purchasing Ultimate Qimage for the first time getting two years of activation while people who already owned the software and were just reactivating their software only getting one year of activation.  I was under the impression when I purchased the update that it was for a period of two years, but after one year of use my activation code is listed as expired.  Is there something that I have to do, or has old age gotten the best of me?

You last renewed your registration on Nov 29, 2013 which is why it just expired.  We were running a 2 year deal at the time (we no longer do those) but you did get the two years.

I told you that I was old...  Plus the doctor started me on new heart medication yesterday and he told me that it is going to slow me down some, I just did not know that he was talking about my memory, sorry.  I will hurry and update it, I love the software.Lol...
