Title: I didn't receive the email with download instruction. Can anyone help? Post by: ahbrown73 on December 06, 2023, 04:16:30 PM I bought Qimage a few days ago but never received the email with the download instructions. Payment cleared the bank on 12/4/23. When I clicked on the icon on the support page, nothing happened. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Post by: admin on December 06, 2023, 05:08:52 PM The registration email was sent to the same email address you use on the forum here, on 12/4 at 5:30pm eastern time. Please check your spam/junk folder and if you don't find the email there, we will need an alternate/working email address that doesn't block incoming mail.
