I bought Qimage a few days ago but never received the email with the download instructions.  Payment cleared the bank on 12/4/23.  When I clicked on the icon on the support page, nothing happened.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

The registration email was sent to the same email address you use on the forum here, on 12/4 at 5:30pm eastern time.  Please check your spam/junk folder and if you don't find the email there, we will need an alternate/working email address that doesn't block incoming mail.
