Title: No email response Post by: dave_s on August 04, 2016, 08:45:24 PM After purchasing (7/30) Profile Prism, (and my CC charged) I expected to receive a download link (with the product cd etc, to arrive later. The web page states: "Profile Prism ships directly from our target manufacturer in Germany: we will send you an email outlining how to download the Profile Prism software." Nothing. So I emailed directly; twice. Nothing. So, I'm now here, looking for some kind of reply with an explanation. This was not the purchasing experience I expected. -Dave

Nope, not an issue with spam filters. I've checked those numerous times and Mike's (just received) email was not flagged. If there's an e-mail issue, it is not one of that type ....... Just glad I now have the code to use. -Dave |
