Title: Problem after upgrading

I bought Ultimate a year ago. On 31 December I received an email giving me 7 days to download the latest version before the free upgrades expired.

Took advantage of this 2 days ago.

I've just tried printing for the first time since then. Everything goes as before until Finished Processing message appears.

Then, there's what sounds like 4 taps followed by....... nothing! No prints.

Is there some additional (new) step in the printing process?

And the prize for the first picnic error of the year goes to........

2 identical printer cables. Wrong one plugged into laptop!

Thanks for coming b ack in to explain... It's a great LOL story, and continues the saga of Qimage is number one.
