Title: Problem when selecting paper Post by: bmw on July 19, 2025, 04:11:07 PM In printer settings when I select some papers, Qimage sometimes comes up with the wrong paper. Thus I cannot get the correct paper type. I just reinstalled a new replacement Epson P900. Any suggestions on how to solve this problem. Thanks, Bernard
Title: Re: Problem when selecting paper Post by: admin on July 19, 2025, 05:42:57 PM That's a driver issue. It means the driver didn't "connect" properly with Windows when it was installed. Remove the printer in Windows and reinstall the driver. Then open Qimage and select your printer, then click the "Reset driver to printer defaults" button (2 buttons to the right of the Properties button that opens the driver). Select "Printer" to reset all settings for that printer.
