The registration was automatically sent a few minutes after your order on Jan 27. I changed your email address to your secondary gmail address and resent the registration there since it appears your original email address (the one you used for this forum) either isn't working properly and/or is blocking email from us.

Software is working fine now, but only as Standalone. The Qimage Adobe Plugin crashes Photoshop newest Version. Did a complete Reinstall as Admin. Sadly its still crashing. Any Ideas ? Doesn't really matter that Epson and Canon plugins work as all software is different. If Photoshop itself crashes, there has to be an Adobe issue. It's working fine here on the latest PS and I've not gotten any other reports of a problem. I don't know what kind of images you are working with but if they are complex with layers, etc. try loading one simple JPEG image in PS and see if the plugin works with that. Maybe it's a file/image format problem or related to image format compatibility.
