Title: Studio User or not Studio User? Post by: johngie on February 17, 2010, 05:32:42 PM I've been trying to get access to the Studio Forum without success as yet. I also notice that my profile says "Newbie" although I purchased and registered my Studio edition way back in 2008. I have not changed my email address in that time, so there seems no reason not to recognise me as a "Studio User" in these forums. Any idea how this is supposed to work? Is it automatic, or does Mike do it manually?

The full instructions are on the forum here http://xrl.in/4jt7 It may take 1 or 2 days. From the link above; Quote a new "Qimage Studio Edition" forum will be visible in "Mike's Software" (you will not receive any confirmation message via email or private forum message). Terry. Slightly puzzled about that, since others who have even fewer posts than me are shown as "Studio Users"! (That's why I asked the question). I have followed the procedure to access the Studio forum, but no response after 3 days. (I see another poster has the same problem, having had no response for a considerable time).
