Hi. I just tried sending several e-mails to Mike Chaney ( mchaney@ddisoftware.com ) on the links provided on this website in order to update the e-mail address I used several years ago to buy a registered copy of Qimage. It always comes back undelivered. Please advise as to how to contact Qimage to update my e-mail. Thanks for any help.

I just sent Mike a couple of test emails to the address you showed. I waited a while and nothing bounced back undeliverable.
That suggests that you might have a typo in the address.
Below, I pasted a link where you can change your email address.  Try that.
Otherwise you will have to wait for Mike to get into his office, about 7:30 am EST

What does the bounce message say?  I don't block anything and no one else is having trouble emailing me.

Hi Mike. I'm sorry for the problem as I found out my outgoing mail server settings were wrong and that is what was causing the mail message to be undeliverable.  Thanks very much for helping me discover what was going on.  Happy printing!
