Error message then qimage crashes

I've gotten one 8 x 11 image to print though when it comes to a larger size (13 x 19) the program crashes. consistently.
I've tried changing the photo size to a smaller dimension without dropping below 300dpi. I'm running a mac el capitan with
enough space and ram to be adequate with conversion. The paper size set on custom / profile on redriver paper.
when print is pressed I get an error message and when it is "X " 'ed out the program crashes.

Let's see if we can help.

To clarify, are you running Qimage Ultimate under parallels (since Qimage Ultimate is a Windows-only app) or are you running Qimage One (which has a native Mac version)?  Also, what is the resolution of the image(s) you are trying to print and what exactly is the error message?
