You ordered via e-check which didn't clear until night before last and we have to do those manually when they clear. Sorry for the day delay: we're catching up today from the holiday.

It is not connected to the internet any longer. Can I download the qimage to my Win7 desktop, and copy to a thumb drive, and install on the XP machine from the thumb drive?
