Title: Eye glass glare Post by: Betty on April 27, 2010, 12:59:09 PM This may not be the appropriate place to ask, but here is a question. I took a rather important picture over the weekend at a cocker speciality show of an elderly gentleman and his beloved dog. I bounced the flash, had him tilt his head slightly, but still got some eye glass glare. Any suggestions on removing it? I am fairly proficient with PhotoShop.
Many thanks, Betty Title: Re: Eye glass glare Post by: Terry-M on April 27, 2010, 02:23:55 PM Hi Betty,
I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and used Qimage Blemish Removal. See attached below for before & after. It's not perfect but it only took half a minute to do. I was only going to make a small print. If you are good with PS, I would have thought some careful cloning is the way to do it using a fair amount of transparency and build up gradually; the problem will be where to clone from I would think. Terry. Title: Re: Eye glass glare Post by: Betty on April 28, 2010, 04:23:41 PM Thanks so much for the answer. It surely looks like you did a good job on your glare situation. I remember somewhere a tutorial or an action for PhotoShop that did a nice job and was a quick correction for a glare problem. I'll likely never find it.
Thanks again, Betty |
