I am not sure if this particular TV show was aired outside of the US. You can enlighten me.
The show was called Home Improvement starring Tim Allen.
Tim had a next door neighbor named Wilson Wilson. The comedic part of the neighbor's role was that somehow, more than half of his face was *always* obscured either by a fence or a flower pot or some camera angle.
We never really saw his face throughout the years that the show ran on TV.

Now I call your attention to the posts from Terry-M. Looking at his profile photo, the camera and lens *always* obscure his face.
Do we have another Wilson Wilson in our midst?   :D ;D :o :-\

I really tried to get Terry to use the hat picture. I have a few of him and that was the best of the best, (Realizing there really isn't that much to work with), the hat did add something to his persona.  :D ;)

Does anyone know of a program that will search across all hard drives in a PC for duplicate files (mainly photos) and then give you the option to delete the dupes???  Of course, you could only tag EXACT dupes, but that would help as I'v recovered a backup drive that has many duplicate files on it, and others floating around that I'd like to clean up.

There's a free MS program called SyncToy, I don't no much about it but may be worth following up.

Thx Terry, I dnloaded it and took a look...looks like a pretty useful program, you have to narrow it down to two folders at a time to work with...I'm not sure that I can narrow it that well.  Ideally, I'd like to do a search of all the drives and have it spit out lists of dupes ;-)  I'm probably asking for the impossible....

Look for Duplicate Photo Finder from an outfit called Firmtools.  You can try it out, but they want $30 later.

Picasa is free from Google (used to be $30).  It allegedly has the ability to find and delete DIT photos.

Then it has to be Picasa.... I got that url from the properties of that image as it was presented for upoload by Picasa.
Maybe it has a lifespan of a fruit fly.
That's enough worthless time wasting for me.

More weird behaviour.
On Vista (FF) I opened your image directly in another tab. Low and behold it re-appeared on the forum.
I have closed FF and opened again and it's sticking, so far.

Just got home from you know where.... and tried what you suggested and it works. All the images appeared where they should be on the forum.

I notice my post of your image from PBase looks different. I think Picassa version does not look like original - have checked by comparing in Qimage. Your image does have embedded sRGB profile.
What's your view?

Looking different we can sort out later.... right now the priority is Picasa3 vs Pbase posting... Ready to pack it in on Picasa 3.
BTW, did a little searching in Picassa and the supposed web posting says, This is a hyperlink.
So I tried posting the image using the hyperlink icon and ended up with the URL posted. Click on that, and I got my image.
Any thoughts?

The e-mailed one & PBase one look identical, I've compared all which way. Only Picassa is different.

Posting the URL is one way but then forum users don't get an immediate view. No more thoughts other than dump Picassa.
What about Verizon, do they supply web space with your package? - OR have another go at PBase, small cost though.

I keep saying out loud, ""!   I might be missing the point of it all.
Verizon is giving me the web space but it seems (TO ME) that I must use that Picass 3 to make use of it.
That's my take. Maybe some other FIOS user can look and see if I missed the boat?

You don't need Picasa to use your webspace. What you need is your FTP details from Verizon - address or host, username and password, and and FTP client (I use a free one called Filezilla from http://filezilla-project.org/ (http://filezilla-project.org/). Once you connect you drag and drop your pic -

The bit you paste in will be http://youraddress.com/filename.jpg - you get your web  address from Verizon. If you paste this into your browser you will see your photo if everything has worked.

I have just spent an hour or so playing in Verizon and tried; create your own web page.
I have two images inserted so far.
I have so much to learn, and I am not good at this stuff at all.

It shows up fine. If you paste the URL into your browser and bookmark it, all you have to do for a new photo is call up the old one and change the filename.

If you put your pointer (mouse) over the globe, you will see "WWW" for the link to their site.
