So I was about to throw in the towel and give up completely. the Spooler would quit sooner and sooner.  Then I noticed windows error and then more errors.  I had run a system diagnostics, Apparently  the last 4 days I have been slowly experiencing a hard drive failure.  QI was spooling the image and with the system slowly loosing available storage it was unable to complete the process.   I moved over to another PC a much older and slower system.  But It printed flawlessly with all of my original configuration settings over my network.
So I had another question with the Z printer and hp utility.
I had abandoned the direct usb connect when trying to get the firmware, ICC, and configuration complete.   Well let me back up, I bought this Z3200 for $400 it was sitting in a warehouse for a couple of years just collecting dust.  I completely dismantled and rebuild the printer.  This is my first wide format printer.  So when trying to access the firmware and build color files how are you completing it the over the direct USB connection?  I could not get it to work.  A tech told me it had to be on a network. Is this incorrect?

Reducing the image quality to native res had no effect.  I was able to use the demo without any issues.  I have made no changes to my system other than installing the licensed software that I bought.  So far I am completely disappointed with QI  Im out of options on getting QI to send prints to the printer. is there any other way to get support on QI?

I think the image was processed by qi.
There is a progress bar that counts to a 100
When I open the printer que I can see the spooling but when qi gets to 100% the print job disappears from que but it never reaches the printer.

Hello everyone,
I've been trying out the demo and decided to buy the program today. After install nothing is going to my printer. However,  I can print with in windows.  I have tried resetting printer setting and creating a new profile as the popup has indicated.  I've tried to completely remove everything and reboot and reinstall.  I'm a bit frustrated.  Can't get anything to print through qi. Any other thoughts, what am I missing?
