Hi Mike thanks for your help, it doesnt seem like windows has a driver for this printer, however i use a rip software to print from this machine, i want to create canvas gallery wraps be it mirrored edge or just standard, can quimage  do this and can i export as a tif file and export to print with my rip?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Guys, was wondering how to add my large format printer, i have a HP Latex 360 and it is not showing up on the list it is on a network, reason i am asking is because my current rip (Cadlink print and cut) doesn't have the capability to do canvas wrap (mirror effect) where as i believe qimage does, i have seen a video on utube that demonstrates how to do this some years ago but cant seem to find it now, any help appreciated :-)

hi people, i was going through my pc deleting things to free up some space on my solid state drive, i ran a program called treesize and i was amazed what i saw when it comes to how much space qimage takes up, question is, is there some sort of temporary folder that i need to delete things out of every now and again?
Thanks in advance :-)

Hi Ernst, thanks for your reply, i have no problems sending print jobs to my printer using the webaccess and also had no problems with qimage as i have been using it for months, then all of a sudden while adding prints to the que i got an error which i posted here, after that qimage wont even wake the printer up when sending jobs to the printe, i am at a loss.
Regards.

thanks for your help Fred, its frustrating as it worked fine for months, i changed no settings then boom!, would process prints but would not send them to the printer, i love the software as i can send quite a few prints to the printer  at once rather that hp webaccess sending one at a time, i have even tried uninstalling/reinstalling but even when i delete the qimage folder before reinstalling all the settings are saved print driver settings stored job ect, maybe i am doing something wrong when uninstalling.
Regards.
