You're right and I'm shocked I just measure the actual sheet and it measures 11.75X16.5 instead of 13X19. So I'm going to put in the actual size as a user defined setting.  Thank you for your help. This is a major relief to know.

Everything checks. Additional borders are set to zero, reduce/enlarge was unchecked, the print preview looks centered and I'm definitely using Epson enhanced matt 13x19. As I said the printer prints perfectly in PS and LR . I used intellicenter. The only option at the moment is not to use Qimage which would be diappointing.

Yes the picture is off center. There is less border on the right and bottom. I have tried intellicenter, center, manual etc. but it makes no difference to the print even though it looks fine on the screen.
There is a 13X19 choice but it has an asterix next to it. That is what I'm using. I've tried fit to page, fit to paper, and using  11x17 image centered on 13x19. they all come out exactly with the same skew. I've just finished printing it perfectly in Photoshop.

Hello, I just upgraded to your latest version. I have printed 4x6 perfectly centered but the 13x19 are skewed to the bottom right no matter how I center them. My printer is Epson Pro 3880. I have no problem printing from Lightroom.
