1  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Re: Lost QImage Ultimate in Photoshop on: December 03, 2023, 12:28:39 AM
Thanks Mike....

Uninstalling and reinstalling PS was going to be my next step.  You just confirmed this is the solution.

I'm going to think real hard about "beta" programs in the future.  I was just really interested in the "generative fill" addition and wanted to test it out before the official version was released.

Anyway, as always, thanks Mike for a great product and your time and help...
2  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Lost QImage Ultimate in Photoshop on: December 02, 2023, 07:54:07 PM
About 5 months ago, I downloaded Photoshop Beta to try some of it's new features.  When I did, QImage Ultimate was part of the "Files/Automate" listing inside the Beta version and I was able to use it for my printing needs. About a month ago, I uninstalled the PS Beta version because I no longer needed it due to the release of Photoshop 2024.

When I began using PS 2024, I noticed that QImage Ultimate was no longer in the "File/Automate" listing as it was prior to testing PS Beta. As I've read on this forum previously, I tried just reinstalling QImage Ultimate.  That didn't work.  I unistalled QImage Ultimate and reinstalled, and that didn't work either. During the install process, it said it couldn't find PS 2024.

Any suggestions on what I can do next or what I'm missing?  In order to print, I've been having to open QImage Ultimate as a standalone and do a "file/open" for the pictures I want printed.

If this has been discussed before, I apologize.  I did a search and didn't find anything or overlooked it.

Thanks for your time and help...
3  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Re: After Photoshop 2021 update, QImage Ultimate Plug-In not available on: November 08, 2020, 01:29:56 PM
Fred.. I reinstalled QImage Ultimate and that fixed the issue. Thanks...

Thought it was strange that the plug-in for Lightroom Classic was still there, but not in Photoshop, after the Adobe 2021 upgrades.

Before I reinstalled QImage Ultimate, I went and double checked all my other plug-ins in Photoshop, and the QImage Ultimate plug-in was the only one missing. Strange...

Thanks again for your help...
4  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / After Photoshop 2021 update, QImage Ultimate Plug-In not available on: November 07, 2020, 11:20:37 PM
I ran a search for plug-in issues based on the latest Photoshop update, but didn't find any.  If I overlooked it, my sincere apologies.

The QImage Ultimate Plug-In for Photoshop is missing after the latest Photoshop 2021 update.  However, the QImage plug-in is still available in Lightroom Classic after it's update.

I was getting ready to re-install QImage Ultimate to see if that will fix the problem, but thought I'd run it by the forum here first, just to make sure before I do something stupid.

Any suggestions?  Is it okay just to re-install QImage Ultimate?

Thanks for your time and help...
5  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Re: Layout Page Warning on: September 24, 2020, 01:02:07 AM
Thanks Mike for the clarification. I figured it was something I was overlooking.

Yeah, I've already created several layouts for different size papers during the trial period.

Thanks again for your timely response and for a great product.
6  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Layout Page Warning on: September 23, 2020, 09:16:42 PM
Hello Everyone,

I'm finishing up my trial on both Qimage One and Qimage Ultimate. I'm definitely going to purchase one of them, just trying to decide which one.  I do all of my editing in Photoshop and Lightroom, so Qimage One fits my needs very well, but I may go with Qimage Ultimate with the few extras it has.

During the trial, I noticed something in Qimage Ultimate I wanted to ask about to see if I'm misreading something. When I click on the PRINTS tab, CUSTOM, then the LAYOUT selection, I get a warning in RED that says "Warning: Standard sets are for 8x10 page". I looked at my media selection, and sure enough, I had a 4x6 selected.  I changed it to a 8x10 (I have some extra 8x10 sheets I'd like to use), but when I went back to the LAYOUT selection, I got the same RED warning. I clicked "OK" anyways, but when I tried to select a pre-existing layout, it wouldn't work. So, I thought, ok let me change it to 8.5x11 paper/media.  That worked, no warning, and the layouts appeared on the screen.

Was just wondering, should the warning about "8x10" actually say "8.5x11"?  I might've missed something somewhere or not interpreting what I was seeing correctly.  I've searched the forum for topics/answers, but couldn't find anything.  So, if I've overlooked or missed something, my sincere apologies.  Just point me in the right direction.  Thanks....
