thanks Fred. I wasn't going through Control panel.  I see more programs I can de-install now that you gave me the better option Smiley

why does it add even more zero's than before?  00001

Can't there be an option to have the numbering start at 0001 or 001  if a user wishes?

I'm trying to uninstall the demo of Flashpipe and there is no option to do so, nor does it show up under Start menu, Customize on the list to de-install.

Do I have to go through Regedit to de-install?  I really shouldn't have to use Regedit for de-installs

Dont like how it names files.
It named them  Bucks_2009-09-26   and gave no numbering for the first file, the second file offloaded was named Bucks_2009-09-26(0001)
I dont need the ( )  and dont need 4 digit numbers. Nikon Transfer allows me to choose how many numbers, I choose 3  001, 002 etc since I never take more than 999 photos in one day.

Is there an option I am missing someplace in the settings?

It just offloaded 10 but it didnt convert them to tiff, only raw.

Looks like FP doesnt' recognize cards that are inserted into the computer. It only recognizes cards that are inserted into a card reader.
It should do both, not everyone has a card reader for a computer that has a built in card insert

Every one of the criteria you mentioned is what I have.
My flash card has worked in every computer (4) and every card reader (2) and other software that I own (3 )- Nikon Transfer, ACdsee, Corel)
I have a feeling I'm not the only one with this problem  Sad

I already checked that before I posted the help question.
Thanks for answering.
 Huh?

I installed FP, set my options to how I wanted the files named, and where to place them.
Insert my CFII card into my desktop computer slot where I usually offload pics, and FP does not recognize that I have a CF card.
Says "nothing to do, please insert a flash card or manually select source location"
I selected the source and still nothing?Huh?
