It came through.

Thanks

I'm installing software on a new computer and the latest version of Qimage I have is 2010.101. When I go to update it I can't find the password on my backup so I went to link to request a new password. After I filled out and submitted the form I got an email saying it was an automated response and that I should follow the enclosed link to get the password. That link returned me back to the original request form. Just to be sure, I re-entered the info and once again I received this email:

Are you looking for an updated unlock code for Qimage?

We have an automated system that handles requests for updated unlock codes and download passwords.  Please go to the Qimage support page below, click "Request updated unlock code", and fill out the form to get an updated unlock code.

Mike has received your email and if it contained other questions beyond needing an updated unlock code or download password for Qimage, Mike will be responding to you shortly.

Regards,
Mike

It just sends me in circles. Should I do something different?

Thanks Terry,

I think I've got this part figured out and everything is printing fine thanks to you and Dennis. I'm sure there will be more questions.

Thanks alot.

I have to admit, I've had Qimage forever and have never learned more than I needed to get a good print. With this printer I think I need to learn a little more.

I've clicked the Auto Crop tool and that seems to do it, except that the Page size shows 12.95X19.014 and Print Properties are 12.95X18.93, that's when I have print properties set to "Custom" and the size as 13X19, the printer is, of course, set to 13X19. When I set the Print Properties to "Fit Page", I get the same Page Size but the Print Properties are now 12.95X19.01.

Needless to say, I'm confused.

Thanks for answering. If this works, here's a screen shot of what I'm getting. As you can see, the image queue says that the dimensions are 12.95X18.50. I re-checked in Photoshop and they are 14X20, the printer is set for 13X19 and, it prints out full page from PS. I'm not sure how it gets to 12.95X18.50.

First of all, thanks for starting the forum in this format. I've always found the Yahoo format hard to follow.

My son is going overseas and gave me his Epson Stylus 1400 to use while he's away. I've been trying to print a borderless 13X19 print using Qimage Pro which I just updated to the latest version. when printing portrait there is always about an inch left unprinted on the bottom and about 1/4 inch or less on the right edge. I even went back and re-sized the file to 14X20 and tried both "Original" and "Fit to Page" in the print properties but got the same result.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I did go into Photoshop and printed from there and got the whole page covered.

Thanks,
E.B.
