Somebody please steer me to a tutorial on how to make a template. I have looked everywhere but now found what I need. I have lots of similar sized images, and i just want to dump them onto the page and for them to all position equally spaced over the page in a fixed grid. i think I need a Template to do this but don't know how to creat my own template.
Thanks in advance.

Lots of people have read this. Are there no comments or thoughts?

Has this feature that i very much like been taken away in the latest Version.  Embarrassed Previously when I clicked on an image that I wanted to print and then the little 'Sizes' icon, a list of all my previously set print sizes would pop up and any that had the same ration as the one I had picked would be highlit in blue. So for instance if I had a 16 x 12" saved file selected, when I opened the size list then 16 x 12, 8 x 6 and 4 x 3 would all be highlit making my choice very easy to find. Now I have the Print list obtainable in a slightly different way from the three headings, Printers and Settings, Prints, and Queue. But choosing the Prints list does not give me any highlit size. I have many different sizes in my list (about 40). Could the highlighting not be returned. It was useful.

I just looked at my profile and noticed that I am a Jr Member. How do I get elevated to a Snr? I've been on the forum for seven years and am 67. Is there hope for me?

When printing many images on a (say A2) page, I often manipulate separate print sizes. It would be really nice if the Ctrl/Alt could be utilised to select a group of images to be resized at once. At the moment I have to do each one on its own.

41  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Print Order on Page on: June 06, 2017, 03:28:03 PM
Hi.
A friend has sent me 52 images of his son. One taken every week for the first year of his life. They are numbered 1-52, 1 being the first and youngest shot, and 52 the last and oldest. The trouble is that when I Select All and drag them onto the page, they appear (from top left to bottom right) in the reverse order. Ie, the first image top left is number 52.
How can I reverse the order they appear in, without having to rename them all? Obviously, my friend wants the youngest images first.

Thanks in advance.

Hey Jules,
Your post is dated earlier than John's original post.
Check your computer clock.
Fred

Looks ok here Fred! Johns post was on April 30, mine May 1st. (But contained nothing Huh? )

Hi Jules,
I do not see any typed in stuff from you.
Did you have a good idea for John? If so, what you typed, didn't save.
Fred

I don't know what happened there. I wrote that I do most of my professional printing in B&W, but do not convert to Greyscale. I use an Action that I have developed that does not require converting. I print all my B&W using RGB.

Can someone repeat what I've been doing and see if they get the same result.
I have been using Photoshop and Qimage plugin to print with no problems.
But if in Photoshop I convert a photo to greyscale and then use the plugin, the image in Qimage appears three times but in three thin columns in the one thumbnail and in the print live view.
Please give it a try and see what happens.
Any thoughts about what's going on?
       John

Hi John,
You know that I certainly know the least about Photo Shop of anyone here.

I don't know if this is of any help. But 95% of my printing is black and white. I use PS to do my retouching but I do not convert the image to b&w using Greyscale ( I use a self created Action). But the flattened file remains in RGB for printing in Qimage.
Jules

I can repeat what you are getting, and have tried three gray scale profiles that I found in the list.
Which one are you using? The three I tried show in Google as CMYK profiles not rgb.
CMYK does not work in Qimage.
When I want a B&W (grayscale image) I just invo9ke the B&W filter in Qimage. Been using it for years and always a neutral gray.

Thank you. Strangley I do not seem to be seeing them any more with the same conditions. :-)
