Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Move images from one page to another
|

Hello Qimage Gurus,
very often I find myself in need to move one image from one page to another and I didn't find any way to do that.I print on large format printer and using roll paper up to 44".If I put lots of images on many pages and then want to manually move them between pages how to do that ? Is there any hidden command or a copy/paste feature I'm missing ?
Many thanks, Silviu

Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / [Request] "Edges" made sticky
|

Hello all,
I needed this feature for ages but I constantly forgot to ask about. I use many different Printer setups (I use large format Canon ipf 8300) which are saved in Recall-Printer setups. It saves all the setups found in "Job properties" except "Edges" which led me into problems more than once.I use Edges almost exclusively but there are rare cases when I don't, especially on cut sheet jobs. When I then Recall a saved setup I constantly forget to check back Edges (because I rarely disable them). For me this would be a welcome addition.
Thank you, Silviu

Hello all,
I started to have this problem :
-I place one image at original size.I then place another one with custom size, all fine.If I want to place this second image one (or more) times by pushing "+" sign then it reverts back to original size instead of custom size. This behaviour is new and I bet it's a bug.
I'm using Canon ipf 8300, 36"roll paper, 1 meter page size.
Thank you,
Silviu

This is exactly right, the only difference is Optimal placement and no Optimal/spaced.The idea is that is doesn't matter what the page size it is (mine is at 1 meter by default) because the printer will cut the paper just bellow marked corners. No need to "Remove White Space at Bottom of Page".

Hi Fred,
Sorry for being vague.
1) Freezes at 2% of the processing time. 2) 36" roll paper 3) Page size is 36"x39", optimal placement and 0.39" white border around the image
No other image on the page, no templates or mats.Just a single image print.
Thank you !
