Hello Mike,

I hope this is the proper place for my Post.

I have a few items (such as .ICM files, Option Settings, Printer Setups, etc) in the below area on my previous Computer (running Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit) that "Hopefully" I will be able to use on the new Windows 10 Computer.
Is there any of these items that can be Copy/Paste into specific areas of the Win 10 Computer.
OR, are these somewhat like Programs that have to be installed for the different Windows Version.
C;\documents and Settings\All Users\ddisoftware\Qimage.

I will appreciate your feedback regarding this.

Mike, thank you for your reply.
I had selected and installed the correct Printer Driver.
The problem was my mistake.
I had selected the wrong Printer Profile.
I had selected spr1800 (profile) instead of spr800 (profile).
I am concerned it may be due to my OLD eyes.

Using a new computer that came with Win 10 installed. I have a New (Old Stock) Epson R800 Printer that I have saved for later usage and need to install on Win 10.  Have not found an Epson Driver.   Is there any other option that would allow installing the printer?

See attached... Do you get this message? It is the exact filename you wanted.
I have a question:  "Backup Database" is to backup all the info descriptions; not the entire data base..
If you wish to backup your entire data base, use MIGRATE found lower down in the same drop down menu.

Perhaps I am too inclined to call anything as what it actually is.  You graciously advised the Person with the issue (or what is thought to be an issue) the proper function for each of the functions and neither of those were identified as what they really are according to your information.
Calling a sheep a Goat does not help when looking for a sheep.

I believe Migrate is regarding (to MOVE) such as Birds moving from one area to another

Fred, does there have to be (2) two different unclog printing and two different scheduling.  I am not familiar with this is partially why I am asking..  OR, is the OP asking how to schedule BOTH the Matte and the Photo (together) or at the same time.

Hello Mike,
I may not be doing this correctly.
My OLD (Original) Email shows in the Help area when I open QI-U.  The same OLD previous email is displayed to be used to send me an email with "How to update" details.
Both of these were detected today when I decided to update to the latest version.
I assume you have my present (current) Email since it was used when you processed my Lifetime purchase for QI.

Fred, such comparisons for my R800 printers does not offend me. 
One of the R800 printers (NEW OLD Stock) was lifted from the Epson Shipping box last week and installed for the first time.  I purchased it several years ago as a spare since I like this Model with both Matte and Photo Black inks.

Congratulations on your young age of 89, you are only one year behind my 90.

Note: suggest Fred (in the other thread) read my comments again.  I know the R800 is almost as old as I  am but I believe you (Fred) missed the point my comments.  However, I do appreciate your reply.

Forgot to mention that I have viewed (quick scan) the Video.
Part of the information I did not connect with and I believe it is due to my using the older Epson Printers so long plus not being Familiar with any Canon Printer.  Probably the Canon Printers was the most different part.
