Actually fred has some part of a year on me in age and after our session my print came out exactly as I wanted and that makes me want to use up my ink supply and then my SS check. Pops

I just got through a wonderful learning session from Fred A who talked me through using Qimage and my Canon Pro 9000 II so that I could print specific sizes namely 11 X 14" . I can not praise Fred enough ( thank you very much Fred ) for his knowledge of what I wanted and in using Qimage the way it was developed to use. If you are a novice then you will be very fortunate if you get Freds help if you are having a problem with Qimage and in helping me he also helped me by explaing Qimage Ultimate which I hadn't looked at but shall upgrade to. Thanks Fred, Pops

Hi Fred, Thanks for your reply and help. I am running Qimage v2010.210, Studio version and if I can do what I want to do easier I would purchase the latest Ultimate version but I'm not sure that would help as I am completely overwhelm by the version I have and at my age I seem to lose more memory each day. Hopefully you can help so that I can enjoy my experience with Qimage. Pops

Hi, This is my first post and I just joined this forum partly because I am software limited and old and I need help to alter my printers output hopefully. I want to be able to print photos 11.00 X 14.00" wide however my printer driver will not let me and every time I think I have it right my printer spits my paper out say my paper size A3 is wrong. I know that it is the wrong size but I don't know how to fool my printer into printing the size I want. My printing paper is Red River Artic Polar Gloss and I have the ICC profiles however I am not sure that they are working. I would appreciate any help I can get and I am not in a big hurry except that I'm up there in age so maybe somewhat of a hurry. Thanks, Pops
