1  Mike's Software / FlashPipe / Re: A disappointment on: September 16, 2009, 11:15:15 PM
"(2) The uninstall instructions are near the bottom of the readme file: just go to "Start", "Control Panel" and either "Add/Remove Programs" (for XP) or "Programs and Features" (for Vista), find FlashPipe in the list, and uninstall."

I would gladly have done this, but there was no such entry in the programs and features list.

Mike:

I'm posting this because I feel my experince with Flashpipe must not be normal. But you should know of the problems I have had with the trial version because they certainly are not what I have come to expect from your software.

I installed the trial version on Windows Vista Ultimate SP2.

I could not use Flashpipe because it kept getting permission errors on some folder. So I went to uninstall it. I could find no uninstall application and there was no entry in the add/subtract folders list.

So far as I could tell, FlashPipe does not provide me any added benifits, so I am not concerned that I could not get it to work. But I thought you might like to know of my experience.
