Mike's Software / Profile Prism / Adobe Lightroom

Lightroom 4.2 uses a DNG Profile file instead of an ICC file, to work with Camera RAW files being processed. How do I use Prism to improve upon the generic (although camera-specific) profiles that came with it? I would think I would get better results using my actual camera, not to mention the same lights.

Technical Discussions / General Photography Discussion / Yellow Skin Tones?

I took some family portraits using a Canon D60 and photo lighting (florescent 6400K bulbs sold for photography). I have an odd effect I don't like: the shadow areas around my eyes look a little green/yellow, like a bruise; and my nephew's face looks a bit yellow.
Using Adobe Lightroom, I've tried playing with the color temp/tint sliders after using a neutral eyedropper as a starting point, and I've tried the different settings under Camera Calibration.
I'm using Lightroom and Photoshop. Any ideas?
