I tried to print three BW TIF files, each 700MB, 10630 x 23622 pixel in BW modus on a Epson 9800, size 90 x 200cm on canvas.
v2018.125 did not print, I got a "memory" error (can't remember exactly, have to reproduce).
I printed similar images one year ago, so I reinstalled QIMAGE v2018.107 and all worked as expected.
System is Windows 10 Pro with 96 GB RAM

what should I deliver to debug or investigate?

Hello Qimage community,

I'm struggeling to change the solid color of an canvas wrap print. When I set to border to Solid I got a notification

Border 1 color has been set to white. You may change border
color(s) via the "Print Properties" panel on the main window.

but I do not find the Print Properties and even do now know which is "the main window"

can someone please advice detailed instruction?

Hello all,

today I installed the Plug-Ins on my system with current LR CC Ohotoshop CC ans several Photshop Elemenst versions.

I noticed, that only Photoshop Elements 13 was shown during installation as detected, even if my system has also nstalled Photoshop Elements 14 and Photoshop Elements 15 in parallel to PSE13. I had to install the Plug-Ins manual into PSE14 and PSE15

I'm asking for some tipps
I have photos taken in 16:9 ratio and want to print them on 13x19 inch paper. The image itself should not be printed to fill up the whole page, I would like to have a small white frame around the image and the remaining border should be printed with black color as this will result in a printed image which looks lake a picture with passepartout.

Is there a way to do this with QIMAGE or should I prepare the image outside of QIMAGE e.g. using Photoshop or similar picture editor?

Hey everybody,

I use QU with an Epson Stylus Photo R1900, which is connected to a LAN using an EpsonNet 802.11b/g Wireless and 10/100 Base Tx Ext. Print Server, I use a wired Connection.
Printing works fine, I just run into some "print stopping" depending on the QU Print Spooler Settings. With the Default Settings "spool all pages at once" the print process sometimes hangs when I have to Change cartridges during print Jobs. Hang means after I Change the ink cartridge the epson Spooling Dialog appears, QU print Job is done but printing does not continue. I have to quit apps, stop the Spooler Service with "net stop Spooler", delete the print Queue files, restart the Spooler Service and start printing again.

So I changed the print Spooler Settings to "spool one page at a time". But then the print Job stops after page one and QU Shows "waiting for Printer - Click to override". Printing does not continue even if the Printer is no longer busy, I always have to "click to override".

Now I changed the print Spooler Setting to "spool with time delay" and set the delay to 1 m 0 s. and now it works as expected.

Is there something I did wrong with my configuration?

the new QU14-101 Shows now the date in the print Spooler as I asked for a Feature request in the Format defined by control Panel regional Settings.

there are two choices: either you print my test Charts from i1Profiler and send These printed Charts to me (Germany) and I create profiles, or I will check for the paper, Change one of my R1800 back to Epson Ink cartridges and created the profiles by myself.

I assume you prefere the second method. I checked for that paper here in Germany, I assume you use the HP item no C7007A, but I could find this paper only in 24inch roll Format for Designjet Printers.

So to be sure the Profile will be right for your paper, I would prefere the first method.

I assume you know how to print These Targets with all Color Management disabled Setting.
when done, please send me an E-Mail and you will receive my postal mail address so you can send the printed Targets to my. As soon These Targets will arrive, you will find an answere here with the download link for that Profile. Please mark the profiles with Printer, paper so I can distinguish them from other Targets.

Also, if there are more ICC profiles needed, all ouf you can do this the same way. You may bundle also Targets printed from friends to save shipping cost.

Today I tried a few times to receive the upgrade login for QU 124 to my email.
But I did not receive them. I already checked the spam folder (as always), nothing there.

Is there an issue with sending this emails?

Not really, it has a important usage: when printing to Network Printers, this Information is passed to the print Server and is used to identify the print Job. So e.g. on a HP Designjet Z2100 this is reported for ink and paper usage. If this string would be customizable, you can embedd the file name and see the consumables history and calculate ink and paper consumption for a specific printed Image. And if the date/time Format is defered from System control Panel you can use localized Software to match with other date/time logfile entries

as written above, the date is passed to the Printer / print Server for accounting usage.

it looks to me that I did not explain clear enough what I mean. So I will attach a screenshot from the printer queue

if you check the date it was show as 05-27-2013, my control panel was set to show the date as yyyy-mm-dd, you can see this in the right side where windows includes the spooling time. The "job queue name" from the left war created by Qimage

First I have to apologize for the long delay,

the feature I'm looking for was some international change. When printing with QU, the print queue shows Qimage - MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM:SSam

First of all, I would reuest that the Date and Time format is displayed in a style that is set in controlpanel regionl settings, so QU hast to query the regional setting
second I would prefere to have the file name included instead of "Qimage" only
