I printed some gallery wraps ,adding extra for the canvas size, and now I cannot get that turned off,. when I place an image in queue it automatically adds mirror image for the wrap. How do you reset that .I am in a time bind for a customer. I have attached a screen capture

Just figured it out. I had pulled the image from a web file instead of the one showing in Qimage, really feel ignorant sometimes. Thanks for the reply. God bless and have a wonderful and happy Thanksgiving.

Hey Fred,
The images are JPG. I saw the problem, went to CS4, opened the image from Bridge, corrected it,closed and saved changes. I have done this before with no problems. Just can't figure it out.

I was printing some images and discovered a few problems, corrected them in CS4, saved them and then used the refresh thumbs, but they don't change. I have tried several times. Help

Thanks but I found the problem, while waiting for an answer. I had selected landscape, while at the same time selecting the 24x30 paper size and I guess it just tried to compensate. They looked fine in the preview, which I should have looked just a bit further.

I was using a 24x30 paper size set to portrait, to nest several images, when it printed they were all distorted, stretched along the long side of the paper. Any suggestions?

I have ask this question before on yahoo groups, but didn't really get any way to work it out.
The problem is I have a hp z3100 and using 24 inch paper, I have created a 11x24 page(for ease of handling in the cutter), but would like to be able to put more than one predefined layout on the page. When I try this it automatically creates a second page, which is a pain. feeding 8x10 sheets on this is out of the question. I don't have an 11inch roll either but probably should. Are there any work arounds, I have tried creating my own layouts but it is such a hassle to get the little boxes all lined up.

Mike thanks for the new forum.
I have a z3100 and for the most part i can work around the weirdness and compatibility issues. I saw here where Ernst has told of a updated driver and firmware, and I am very reticent to load them. The last firmware upgrade fried the hard drive and the printer and now that my warranty is gone and I didn't have the funds to extend it I just don't know that it will benefit me enough to warrant the chance of a major issue as before. I have just come from a month long trip and the printer performed flawlessly. so unless someone can convince me it is worth the gamble here I stand.
As a side note I don't know what I would do without a product like Qimage.
