Understood.

Will use the canned method.

I just select 'OFF' for Printer Profile (in Printers/Settings tab).

Use "Properties" to set up your driver: select Photo Paper Pro Premium Matte,

I like the idea of the Auto Rendering Intent but can you give some info to the user as how/why the tool decided on using a specific intent?  Right now, it's just a black box w/ no data as to what went into the calculation.

Also, any way to get the OOG display to display color shading vs. how much OOG.  Right now, it's like Photoshop.  You're either in gamut or out w/ no idea as to how much.
5  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / color management under Virtualbox? on: April 21, 2020, 08:04:26 PM
Hi,

I'm starting to use QU2020.211 on a Mac (Virtualbox & Win10).

I've created a custom display profile and it all looks good (computer set to use that display profile) BUT...........

When I open an image and drag it to the middle window, the saturation is much higher than normal
although if I dbl-click and bring up the image editor, the colors are properly muted.

So, my question is whether the middle window (the page window) is actually color managed itself or
not (like the Photoshop printing dialog window is not actually color managed)

(sorry, I just realized that this should be in the QU forum; would someone pls move it if possible)
