I don't understand why are you now suggest to save jpgs ( compression artifacts and stuff) and/or doing screen grabs/snaps to compare different interpolation-sharping settings on the paper at the highest quality output possible?!
And i want to test different interpolation-sharpening settings not the editor-sharpening.
Please let my try to make my point more clear. I know my english isn't perfect.
My question was/is if the page editor in QI is able to work with ghost copys in a non-destructice manner.
Just like working with Lightroom. You can have many (ghost-)copys with different settings from just one file so you don't have to rename or hardcopy anything.
It was my initial impression that QI Page editor is just working like that. So on the left side there's my original image/file, next i have to press the plus-button to add it to the page-layout then change some settings and 'done' ("apply the filter to the current image").
And so on...Pressing + / edit filter / done. All based on the same file. And then hit print to check lets say 10 different flavors inlcuding different interp. Fusion settings on paper before printing the final 44 inch picture.
