I have the latest version (2018.119) of ultimate. But when I hover over an image and tap the space bar. I get the white box the preview should be in. But no image - just a white box. Same thing in the edit view. No image is displayed. Please help me!

Well I am so happy to have QU back on my 4k monitors 4 total (not all at 4k)! I just have one more request Mike. The upper right hand corner the minimize - full screen - or close x is so tiny I can't hardly see it so I have trouble with closing QU in minimizing it. I use a scaling option of 225 so with your new improvements and using the large UI size all else is great! Can you help me again?

Well, the last patch (151) seems to have fixed my 4 monitor issue. I have started successfully for the last 6 times! Yes, I can use the Q again.... Thanks to you my friend! Yes - it is seeing and reporting the correct screen revolution for the main monitor!!

How can I make QU use the correct rez. even if windows is not telling it the truth? There must be a way to tell QU what the rez is.... I need you help so I can have QU back!!

OK, Mike I looked in the control panel. Yes scaling is on - but when I turn it off it keeps on reverting back to aspect ratio done by gpu. So I can't turn this off. I will contact NVIDIA but it will take some time. It is working again! QU now shows my screen rez for the main monitor....

You are right the display rez -  above the thumbnails changes when it fails to run right.... So what do I do to fix this??

Well it is not worked today. OK, I have only one video card - latest drivers on everything in this mach. Like I said I can't drag by the corners to change the size ether. It the GUI just snaps back to the size it was when I opened it. Can I set the listed rez to be the same as my main monitor? Because now that it is not working it is reporting 1920x1200 but the screen is set to 3840x2160....

Well It failed again. Now it say I am out of system resources! I have 16 thread cpu fast gpu with 4 gig ddr5 ram 64 gig of ddr4 fast memory. So I used the default start up. Now I can't go full screen or change the size of the GUI again this is happening every day now!!! This is getting real old!!!

So it a new day. Now I can use full screen again or just resize! Nothing has changed on my PC and I haven't changed a thing on QU. Just now it works! What is going on with the QU? I really need some help to fix this....

Well I am back in the soup again... I am back to QU won't let me resize the GUI or go fullscreen. Why does this keep happening. It worked fine this morning. But now it fails! I did set the lock last time I used it.     HELP!!

That's is all it took. Im am in the Q once again, and I can use full screen! Yes I can see!! Thank you....

Thank for the answer! I will try what you said when I get home... How do I fix this window issue not reporting the correct desktop size? Do you want me to be like a beta tester for the 4 monitors? I would love to work with you and help this issue get resolved. More and more of us are using multiple monitors.

My main screen is 3840 X 2160. I am running 4 monitors. Yes the QU is on the main screen. I now can't even see the Thuinb nails now see screen shot.
