Hi Andre,
Do you see the 1/2 inch white border top and bottom on the Live View and in the preview? If you are trying to print an image borderless it is essential that you turn auto-cropping ON by clicking on the scissors icon. This will make the image exactly fit the print size, which in this case is fit to page/fit to paper.

Since you can see the menu bar, are any of the menu items responsive? If you uncheck View|Dark Appearance and restart Qimage One, do you still see the blank window?
Even if you uninstall Qimage One, it might not remove program data files and printer settings files, although I do not see how they would cause this. You could temporarily rename the Qimage One application data folder, located at:
/users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Binartem/Qimage One
To access you User Library folder, you can open Finder, select the Go menu, hold down the option key and Library will appear in the menu.
If you rename the Qimage One folder to something like Qimage One Backup and restart Qimage One, what do you see? Note: you will be asked to register again if you do this, but you don't need to. Just close Qimage One, remove the NEWLY CREATED Qimage One application data folder and rename the back up folder back to Qimage One.

For color management OFF or, if you select your own color profile, Qimage One will select the sRGB profile in ColorSync. If you choose to let the printer/driver manage color, it will select the vendor specific color matching option.
Just to be clear, Qimage One does not convert any of your image data into the sRGB profile. Rather, it simply tags the image as using the sRGB profile, and selects the same profile in the driver to achieve what is called a null transform. This is necessary since there is no easy way in the OS or vendor driver to completely disable color management.
The null transform essentially instructs the printer to not manage the color.
When you select your own profile, Qimage One performs the color transform from the image profile to your selected profile. It then tags the image as being sRGB. This doesn't change the color further, it just identifies the image data as being sRGB so that the printer will leave it alone.

Was this happening before, in the demo version, when you selected your own profile? Could you please try the following: 1) Hold down the option key while starting Qimage One. 2) Follow the steps you would normally do to print, even if Qimage One crashes or doesn't print. 3) Open Finder and click on the Go menu 4) Hold down the option key and click on the Library menu item that appears. 5) From Library, go to Application Support/Binartem/Qimage One. 6) You will see two files in this folder: debug.log and temp.icc. 7) Could you please email both files to me so I can examine them? andrew@binartem.comThank you, Andrew
