Thanks for your help. I never had this problem when I have updated Qimage Ultimate. Your reply made me think and I had a large folder of images that it would load. I ended up moving all the images out of that folder to another one and started from scratch. Qimage now loads quick and shuts down quick. Many thanks. I love this software and have used it for many many years.

I installed new update today and after doing so on my windows 10 Os, it takes a lot longer to load up and when I close out of it it justs hangs up with the please wait in a yellow box splash screen. I have to go into task manager and close out of it. It still takes a long time to shut down, but finally does. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still does not work.Anyway I can revert back to previous version?
