I understand now about the thumb in that any rotation must be done on the layout not the thumb so that clears that up as well as creating a template. Thanks

1). The image that is all pixelated is from a Pentax K-1 in dng and jpg format however photos from my Canon 1DX and MKIII in dng or jpg appear ok so I will assume its the Pentax? I brought the photos in from the directory not from LR which I will do when I purchase Qimage.

2). I know you can rotate the photo while on the layout but is there a way to rotate the photo before I drag it onto the layout?

3). Also is there a way to lay a 8 1/2 x11 sheet with diff sizes on it and then save it as a template for future use?

Every time I place an image on the layout it is all pixelated and I have tried several photos now and it says it is 387 PPI which is good so this is not so good.

Also is there a way to rotate the photo before I place it on the layout?

I have the ultimate demo to see how Qimage works so any help would be appreciated.
