Well.  Its now seeing all the dng's.  Taking a while to rebuild thumbs.  This is after I went into Lightroom's metadata panel and clicked on Update DNG Preview and Metadata

Does Qimage see dng's?  All I get are black thumbnails with DNG files.

Well.  I'll keep looking for reason why prints were off color.  Whatever the hell the problem was is gone now.  Maybe my printer was just pissed at me for some reason.  Thanks for the input.

Appreciate the responses.  OK.  Problem solved.  Jeez.  After messing with this on and off all day I discovered that the 'Embed icc profiles in saved/converted  images (jpg and tiff)' was unchecked in the printer ICC tab.   Have not been able to find any mention of it in the help files.  So Qimage embeds the printer paper profile into a jpg or tiff file?  PSD files its not necessary?   In any event.  That was it!  Yeah.

Thanks for the reply.  Tried the Reset Printer Settings made another test print and its actually worse.  What does that do btw.
There really isn't any more information to give.  The printer is just suddenly printing like crap.  Reinstalled the Epson Drivers.  Twice.  Nozzle checks are fine.  Soft proofing on my monitor looks fine as always.  Its almost like there is an incorrect amount of magenta printing but nozzle checks are ok.  Only other thing I can think of is I just replaced Light Cyan and Light Magenta.  Maybe the ink is bad?

Well.  I just printed out of Photoshop and its just a lousy.  This is some other kind of odd problem.

My Epson 9800 has suddenly began printing via Qimage really bad skin tones.  People look like they have been dead for while.  I think its a printer driver issue as my nozzle checks are fine and my color mgmt is fine.  How do you know if Qimage is grabbing the proper driver?  If the printer shows up in the print setup drop down menu that's it then?  No chance that somehow it picks up the driver but then somehow corrupts it?  I'm a little puzzled about this as I have uninstalled the Epson driver and reinstalled a couple of times now.
