When I Open QImage Ultimate, then try to print an image, The Print Preview fails to open, and the job stays in the que for about 30 seconds and then throws ane error printing message.  The only way I've found to print is to reboot my computer, or reboot the printer, then print.  Any ideas what is going on and how to fix it?

Windows crashed on my computer just as I was building a new one.  I can access files on the old SSD and would like to retrieve the print files that I exported from Photoshop and Lightroom on the old computer, but I can't find them.  Two questions:

1.  Where are they located?

Would it be possible to store them in an alternative location (like my external HDD, where I store my photos)?

I was trying to use the Photoshop Plugin today to transfer 2 large posters from Photoshop to Qimage.  One was 950 MB and the other was 750 MB.  both were tiffs.  the images in the Quimage print files were doubled (two copies of the image) and the colors were off.  They printed ok from Photoshop.  Tried smaller image files (also tiffs) from both Photoshop and Lightroom Classic CC with no problems.  Do you know what is going on here?
