Mike, it appears that your firewall on your server is set too high.
If not, why is my download request being rejected.
Nothing on my win 7 64b computer has changed since I last downloaded update 105.

I downloaded 105 without any issues. Did not change anything on my Win7 op system.
Tried to download 107 with the email password supplied and now I get---"This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required".
What should I change?

Richard, Did something change as I requested 105 using the same procedure as before? Did you click Help About and then update now? That should initiate the e-mail to download the new version. Also, if you are still running v104, a notification will appear in the title bar at the top; clicking that also opens the Help -About. Terry Thanks Terry, don't know what I did but followed your directions and now have the upgrade. Richard

I purchased QImage Ultimate in November 2012 and have received updates through 104 as a registered user.
Did something change as I requested 105 using the same proceedure as before?
No email back with the update.
Please advise Richard

Fred, my text within Qimage Ultimate is about 1/2 the size of the screen picture you sent. Mine is very small.
I changed my monitor to 125%, then 150% and custom to 200%.
My other non printing programs had an increase in text size but not within Qimage Ultimate.
Would you think within the Qimage Ultimate program there would be a way to increase text size.
I tried changing "skins" but it had no effect on text size.
Any other thoughts?

fRED, I open Qimage Ultimate in win 7 and the Qimage Image page with text at the top and bottom right is very small and difficult to read.
I am referring to the text at the top of the page starting with file, etc. and the lines below and the text at the bottom right that shows pinter information (ICC, etc).
Is this because it is a demo or is their a way to increase THE TEXT SIZE?

It's a retired version that I have not used since my computer was upgraded in July 2012.
Somebody did not save my saved file and in that saved file was my unlock key code.
I will pay the fee for a new unlock code.
What information from my pro edition do I need or just pay and down load the unlock code.
Thanks

Hi Mike, thanks for the response.
Using Qimage Ultimate on my new win 7 x64 computer, is there a way to increase the size of the text at the top and right side bars?
The images and their file information are a good size.
I am refering to the top bar that starts with "file" and the right side bar that shows the printer information. I would like to increase the font sizes to make it easier for me to read.
Thanks Richard

Technical Discussions / Printers / Re: Printing RGB and sRGB image files
|

Hi Terry, thanks for this information.
To clarify, I set my Sony A850 camera to RAW and tag the image sRGB. (Colors look better on my calibrated monitorThan RGB). I convert the image in the Sony RAW converter using sRGB color working space.
I then save the converted image as sRGB and will be testing using both 8bit and 16bit for print with my Epson Stylus Photo printer.
The reason for the question, I thought I read that Qimage acted similar to a RIP and converted the file to CMYK for printing.
