Hi I have tried numerous times to reach you on an issue, to no avail I have sent emails from the cogeco.ca and the gmail.com domain and nothing.

Just confirming that as long as the monitor is calibrated and the photo has been soft proofed using Lightroom on the specified paper profile, and assuming QI is setup with the same media and paper profile the output should not change correct?

No I checked, the last email I sent before I purchased it took 2 weeks for some reason, so this is not good. I need it I have customers waiting for prints...

I am not a happy camper. I just purchased Qimage and like the website says an email is sent out "immediately" to download the register version. Nothing has happened and its now 20 hours since purchase. I have checked all my email folders and nothing. I am now getting very concerned about the process. I sent 2 emails this morning trying to get the product I paid for.
The purchase will be under ms_osborne if you can respond please that would be appreciated.
