It's my fault, I've been printing on the wireless network of the printer instead of USB Wink

(1) I haven't tested with reinstalling drivers (but I will)
(2) I always use a cable for connection (it is new, but if necessary I will change it to try again)
(3) I'm using the latest Windows updates
(4) My printer is new (no more than 2 months old with less than 2000 copies)

Thanks again, I'll try your suggestions...

I have an Epson L8050 printer and when I start printing photos the job in the print queue stops and gives a error printing. It's started doing this quite often lately and I don't know what's causing it (bad drivers or something else).
I saw the following errors in the event viewer:

Thank you for the video!
It's better now. There is still a fine adjustment on the printer offset settings, but now it is definitely better.

Here are the print results. The screenshot with the two photos shows a photo printed borderless and a photo with a inner border 15.
It can also be seen that it is being cropped out of the photo itself, except that the borders are not even.
To adjust these borders I had to make a custom layout with adjusted borders...

I recently bought a new EPSON L8050 printer and when I run photos with borders, the borders are not even (the left one is too big, the top one is almost gone...). I used a service program to do margin correction, but everything is OK with it and it prints fine in the test. What could be the problem with these borders? From Qimage, from drivers...?! My old EPSON L805 printer almost doesn't have this borders problem.  Cry

Well...
If I have to print 100-200 4x6 and 5x7 or 8x10 photos on A4 sheets and trim them with a Rotatrim it will take me a long time. I think that's way A4 paper is wasted. There will be a lot of blank space if I impose different photo sizes on it. My printer prints very precisely even borderless. It is true that there is different paper that is not of the correct size, but I have opted for one type paper and I have no problems.

I didn't even know qimage could print several sizes at once (which is very good), but i'm not sure how many people used this extra.
I print my 4x6 photos first, then change my printer paper to 5x7, and then print my copies at that size. Most printers (non-professional) do not have trays for each size of paper so I can't print multiple sizes at a time. My printer is the Epson L805 and enough for my business.

I'm talking about printing in one size only! The "+" button adds only one photo and the button "-" removes one photo. Thumbnails show only the number of copies that will actually be printed. The checkmark at the top of the thumbnails indicates whether or not you selected a photo to print, if not selected, the copy selection becomes inactive.

I don't want to quarrel with you, just make a suggestion that would be better for the software. Before I used Epson's software, and the only good thing about it was to see how many copies I had selected for a each photo. I just choose the copies of the thumbnails and print it (in one size).
But you are programmers and you know what's good and what's not. I just have to get used to it the hard way Smiley So I also maked the poll to see if there were other users like me who had difficulty choosing copies.

Once you think this is too complicated and does not make sense, then there is no sense of this topic.  :-\

Please, vote on my proposal so that the quimage support can approve it and make it in future versions of the program.  Roll Eyes
11  Mike's Software / Qimage Ultimate / Thumb Font color doesn't change on: October 29, 2019, 06:37:34 PM
I have a little problem with View > Thumb Font settings and especially with font color.
If I decide to change the color, it doesn't change... is this a bug?

Thanks but this is a tough way to add copies. I just suggested visually how it would be better and easier to choose copies of the photos...
Something like that:

P.S. Please move this topic to "Qimage Ultimate" category...

As a new owner of this software, I want to say that I am very pleased and happy to have it and use it.
The structure and functions are very good, but I want to suggest a very simple function of the number of copies of individual photos.
Can you add a field of small images to select the number of copies of each photo. I'm giving an example to Epson's software "Epson Easy Photo Print"?
