Hi. I have been running Qimage forage and love it and rely on it. Yesterday I downloaded a new update. But now I cannot run the programme and have a stream of printing to do. I have added a screen shot of the problem and have never had this before. I have tried to go to folders and I think I have permissions. but am stumped as to what to do. Can you help?

If you want to put a sample of one that has a problem on Google Drive, you can send me a link and I'll see if I see anything wrong with the TIFF formatting.

There's only one thing that can cause that: a corrupted image or an incompatible image. Where did the TIFF images come from: what software saved them? It's likely that something in the TIFF(s), most likely the header, is causing Qimage to not be able to finish the file conversion.

Hello... After doing any kind of image editing on a TIFF file in QImage, I typically choose "Create New Images" under "Filter application" and select the option to save as a new TIFF file (if not already selected) to ensure I don't overwrite my original. But when I do that, QImage thinks for a bit and then shuts down. When I reopen the application, a message displays before the application is fully loaded, identifying that it shut down due to a 15-run exit code and asks if I want to reopen in Normal or Safe mode. The edited file is never saved. I am using QImage Version 2025.101. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

The first step is always to print a nozzle check to make sure some of your nozzles aren't clogged. Assuming they are OK, the next step would be to create or obtain a better printer profile for the media you are using. You may be using the supplied profile(s) but to get truly neutral prints, you may need to create your own.

Hi everyone,
I have Qimage Ultimate and print on a Canon Pixma Pro 100s. I really like Qimage but am struggling to print good Mono images in that the prints come out with a cyan colour cast. I am using OEM Canon inks and of course have the correct paper profiles being used. Does anyone else get colour casts on Mono and if you do, how have you cured them? Keith |
