I don't actually see it in that usual area which makes me wonder if epson removed it or not.

Is there an option for QImage to print page cut lines? My image is sitting in a 24x31 space.

You would have to click "Properties" on the Printers and Settings tab and check in the driver.  I don't have the P9000 but if the setting is there, it's probably under "Roll Paper Option" on the main tab in the driver.

Mike

The epson P9000 driver (at least on the mac) has a cut to exact size option when printing from a roll. Where can I find that on windows inside of QImage? I was able to get 34" high prints of a 44" roll which saved me the step of trimming after the print came out. I do believe this option wasted a little more paper but I don't mind that given how convenient it is.

You can see it in action at about the 2:15 mark in this video:

When I installed Qimage Ultimate, I got the message that it was installing plugins for both LR and PS. I am able to access QI from the PS using the File > Automate menu..no problem. But how do I access QI from LR directly?

Sounds like you have auto cropping turned off on the print which restricts the final size based on the image aspect ratio.  Turn auto cropping on, add your print at 18x24 and then add your photo mat: use the "Shrink" option.

Hi I have some gator board which measures 18x24 so I need to keep that size for the overall print. The image on screen right now is 18x24 the same as the gator board. But I need to add a photo matt around it for a title but once i do this and playing with the photo matt numbers I cannot get the overall photo to be 18x24? ie 18x21.78

How do I get the overall print to be 18x24 including the white board because I cannot exceed 18x24.

I will need more info in order to help.  What does "crashing" mean?  Does that mean it freezes?  Shuts down?  Is there an error message?  When does this happen: as soon as you try to start Qimage, when you try to print, or some other time?

Regards,
Mike
