Thanks. Now I can see. You are loading a job for the Pro-2100 printer which has its own parameters for that printer. You are then trying to adapt that job to print-to-file and some things aren't translating between Pro-2100 and your print-to-file setup. The main problem here is that you are going from a 19.763 x 29.763 page size (from your Pro-2100 job you are loading) down to an 18 x 24 page size and you have Freehand page turned on in that job you loaded! Notice where your print is located on the page before you go to print-to-file: your print spans from the 1 inch mark to the 19 inch mark (and there is no 19 inch mark on your 18 x 24 page). Qimage isn't allowed to move the print because the page is in freehand mode, so the right side is off the page.
To correct, before you switch to print-to-file mode, click the little hand button on the lower left of your sreencast to turn Freehand page off. That will allow Qimage to move the print as necessary to conform to your smaller 18 x 24 page size.
Or... if you want the printed page to look exactly like your Pro-2100 page, at 38 seconds in your video, click the printer button on the top right of the print-to-file dialog. That will set up the print-to-file page size the same as the current page size (which in your case is 19.763 x 29.763). Then your print-to-file page size will be the same as what is currently in place from your Pro-2100 job and there will be no scaling or moving necessary.
