Hi
My Canon 9000 Pro has suddenly stopped printing. The green 'on' light is on. The orange light beneath is not on, I've checked the power plug in the back of the printer seems secure, but the printing menu states 'The printer is not connected. and in the box 'The printer is offline.
Any ideas?

I would try going to Devices and Printers, and double click your printer icon.
You should see screen snap 054 below.

Now click on Printer, see screen snap 055. You can see a selection that says Printer Off Line.
Uncheck that
Let us know how you made out.
