Title: Can't access Wireless Printer Post by: bvh1 on March 14, 2017, 01:00:20 PM When I switch, from my old HP Deskjet D2460, to my Wireless HP Envy 4500, and try to print, Qimage says the the 4500 is offline, and it isn't. It works fine, from wife's laptop, across the room. I do have a different home Wifi network, since the last time I used the 4500, with my Computer, but as I said, my wife can print fine, on the wireless 4500.

The only thing I can think of is my era of using an HP Deskjet printer which would consistently say it was OFF LINE. I would have to go to Devices and Printers and reset it back to working On Line,. Right click on your printer, and select see what's printing, Then Open the File dropdown and see if it is on or off line. By the way, I called HP and they wouldn't even admit there was a bug.... plenty of googled complaints. Best I can do. Anyone else have more experience?
