I am running Windows 10.  I am trying to print multiple small images on roll paper set to 10" wide and 81/2" high.  The paper cuts at sizes like 91/2" even though the settings are not for that size.  In Devices and Printers under Printer Preferences I have set User Defined to the size I want.  No luck.  How do I set the printer to get my choice for size

Hi Vaughn,
Need a bit more detail from you.
I just installed the driver for CX 6000, your printer....
The max roll width appears to be 8.5 inches.  which is called width in the driver.
Max HEIGHT is 44 inches.
So first order of business would be to recheck what you have as User Defined size.

My screen snap is showing my user defined page as 8.5 x 11

See second screen snap with reported printable area. 10.766 x 8.266

That is probably all that might need adjusting... their terminology can be confusing...

Hi Fred,

Thanks for your interest and reply.  I think we're talking about different printers  My P6000 handles paper 24" wide.  Since I'm using roll paper, it's possible to print banners.

Sorry. You only said Epson 6000
I will see if I can get the P 6000 driver.
Regardless, principle is the same.

Hi again, Vaughn

The Epson driver for the P 6000 will not install unless it detects a plugged in printer.

Can you provide screen snaps of the User defined size page and also the layout page so we cansee if scaling is engaged.
Another screen that will help a lot is the upper part of the Qimage preview screen, like I sent you. It shows the printable area of the page.
