Have used this great printing ap for years and all worked well.  Now I find I simply cannot print from my Canon Pro 4100 per Parallels (Latest desktop ver) and by "pass thru" from Mac Printers, or even isolated USB install in Windows 10.  Same for twin Mac Pros and 3 copies of Win 10 + Q.  Any of these drivers appear in Windows and are not greyed out.  Sometimes I get a message "Printer not printing" or equivalent When used from QImage all looks well but get "If nothing printed" message and go thru reset printer and start over with Q's new printer setup.  No joy after doing this.  To be fair, other pass thru printers are fine in Windows (Canon Pro100) but the Pro 4100 will not print consistently from other apps in Windows either.  In fact, I set up Windows 10 in Virtual VM Box (Oracle) with install same version Qimage Ultimate and works perfectly to print.  Only problem is that it is very slow and"clunky."  Really would appreciate any suggestions for localize problem -  Parallels vs QImage vs Windows (file corruption)?

In my limited experience with Parallels on a Mac, I can only suggest uninstalling the Windows driver, downloading the latest Windows driver from Canon, and reinstalling the Windows driver.  Having a working Windows driver in the Windows environment is the most important connection when running Parallels.  Beyond that, you just have to hope macOS (Parallels) can talk to the Windows driver and some update didn't break that.

Regards,
Mike
