purge sheet: how to interpret

I just produced for the first time a purge sheet for my epson scp600 printer. Unfortunately I do not know how to interpret the result.
Can you give me a link or so to an instructional video with examples.
Attached the sheet.

You don't interpret the sheet. Run a nozzle check to see if there are any clogs, then run the nozzle unclog/purge regularly - at least weekly - to keep the nozzles open when you are not otherwise printing.
