When I print on 4x6 paper on Qimage, I get a paper jam.  When I run a test print on the same paper, no problem.  I've reset qimage settings back to default, but it still happens.  I've been using this program for years now and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong to cause the jams.  Thanks for any suggestions.

Additional info:  I can print from Photoshop and irfan view without issues.  I have tried to reset my printer, and started qimage with cont/shift.

Info please.  Paper jam = what? A pop up message, an actual jam, paper gets stuck? Does paper go through OK?
Feeding from REAR TRAY or rear door?
The only thing I can think of would be driver settings.  Qimage saves and remembers the settings you chose.
Irfanview and PS use either default settings  or presets.
If you are actually getting a paper jam message, it is coming from the driver, not Qimage.
I just printed 2 5 x 7s, one luster, one matte.
My settings below:  If nothing seems out of norm, look at the paper. Purchased, or cut from larger paper, name brand?

Hope something helps

I just printed two 4x6 prints on my Pro-100: one from the regular driver and one from the XPS driver.  Both printed with no issues.  So be sure to see Fred's post and let's see if we can get more info.

Regards,
Mike

It's like going to the auto shop with a rattle.  You get there and it stops.  I went back to get answers to your question and it's working now.  Thanks for your reply.  If it starts up again, i'll repost.
