Hi,
Give us a  little more information please:
Operating system, printer make & model. I quick Google search seems to show many problems with HP printers not being recognised correctly in Windows.

Is the printer shown in Windows Control Panel, Devices and Printers?
Do other applications such as Notepad or a word processor list the printer?

As Terry said, we need a little more info: particularly what operating system are you running?  Qimage does not populate the printer list: Windows does.  Qimage simply asks Windows for the available printers and if it is saying no printers installed, there is a problem inside Windows where Windows is not reporting (returning) the printer list.

You might try "Help", "Reset all program settings" in Qimage but if you still have the same problem after that, something in Windows (related to printer drivers) is corrupted.

Regards,
Mike
