Without knowing where you are, it is difficult to recomend a paper supplier - I guess you would not want to pay import duties  .

It is quite possible to have a roll of paper cut down to a specific width e.g. a 24 inch roll would give a 13 inch wide roll and another about 10.8 inch wide - allowing a bit for the saw blade. If you have access to a table saw, with a sharp, fine toothed blade, you can diy.
